hela Sverige We are looking for an assistant to a 7-year-old guy who lives with his parents centrally in Sollentuna. Because of his disability, he needs support and help with most things in everyday life.
This is a nice job with a happy guy who appreciates fun activities. A big part of the work with the boy is to motivate him to carry out various activities. You are welcome to be creative and musical!
Desirable experience, or willingness to learn;
• Alternative Complementary Communication
• Stimulation of the child by telling stories and playing motivational games
Personal characteristics;
• Empathic and communicative ability, to understand both the child and its parents
• Ability to both receive and provide developing feedback, with the child's best interests in mind and in order to create and maintain good forms of cooperation with parents
• Commitment, energy and positive attitude to work with the child
• Willingness and curiosity to learn about the child as an individual and its needs
• Ability to adapt working methods and treatment in line with the child's own development

The work requires that you have a fairly good physique.
You must be able to speak English at this workplace.
We want you to see this work long term.
Working hours will be between 16-20, 3 times per week
