Medicollect AB has an immediate opportunity for an English nurse with our fast growing company in the patient recruitment industry. As part of our Operations Team, you will be representing Medicollect to our UK patients and trial sites. If you are enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and possess strong customer service skills then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Primary responsibilities:
Communicate with members of Medicollect patient databases.
• Phone-screen database members for clinical trials.
• Build relationships with nurses and physicians at clinical study sites.
• Support study sites.
• Handle outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Coordinate internal and external partners
• Be an active part of a growing team of international nurses.
• Be primary contact for our enlisted patients at our UK-based activities.
• Help establish communication between study participants and sites.
Manage sensitive data.
• Manage personal and health related data, adhering to company policies and national/local laws.
• Supervise, edit and be an active part of the dialogue on our FB profile and patient community sites.
• Update and administrate content on our Medicollect platform and database.
• Support Medicollect teams with the preparation of reports and progress overviews.
• Research project-related information and data regarding clinical trials.
Candidate Profile:
• Certified Nurse, preferably with experience from a department of endocrinology or as a Study Nurse.
• English as mother tongue.
• Professional, courteous, strong customer service, and listening skills.
• Customer Service Call Center experience a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and on a team.
• Capable of recognizing, trouble-shooting and resolving issues.
• Adaptable, a natural attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work.
• Must be proficient with basic Microsoft office applications (Outlook and Word) as well as internet based applications.
