The Luxury Kids Group including Babyshop, AlexandAlexa and Oii Design is looking for 1-5 temporary staff to support customer service in Swedish and English.
The Luxury Kids Group started with Babyshop which was founded in 2006 and is now one of the leading e-commerce companies within the premium segment for childrens clothing and products in Europe.
The Luxury Kids Group offer an exclusive shopping experience and excellent customer service with the best mixture of high-quality and own designed brands. The Luxury Kids Group is a dynamic, rapidly growing company and therefore we are looking for Swedish and English speaking customer care agents to support our staff during absences and sales peaks. Evening or weekend work may occur.
We are looking for someone with the ambition to actively participate to give our customers the best possible service and shopping experience. You should enjoy working in a high pace environment and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes, - all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is determined to deliver results. You are an executing doer who understands that the details make a difference. You have an excellent command of Swedish and English, we give out a grammar and language test to all applicants. Other languages are a definite plus as we have customers from all over the world. You have a customer first mindset, are outgoing and are comfortable communicating with customers via phone, chatt, e-mail and social media. You work well with others and used to working in a team.
You ideally have experience from customer service and preferably over phone or e-mail, sales experience is also highly valued. We value most your drive and passion but it's also our wishes that you have experience within one of the below:
• Clothing retail
• E-commerce
• Childrens products
• Sales
• Customer care
