You will be part of Hitachi ABB Power Grids Cooling Systems in Landskrona. Our business unit is part of Hitachi ABB Power Grids. We have a global responsibility for the development and manufacture of cooling systems for Power Electronic applications and other applications that require water cooling systems with high reliability and availability. Our cooling systems contribute to a safe and reliable operation where the customer and the environment are in focus.

Cooling Systems in Landskrona is a market-leading supplier with customers all over the world. We are expanding our business and need to strengthen our unit with leadership on the technical department.
You will manage the Electrical team in the technical department. The technical department consists of two mechanical teams and one electrical.
Cooling Systems has the entire business at the factory in Landskrona so you will work closely with sales, purchasing, production and aftersales.
Your responsibilities
Be responsible for your team delivering their part in the projects internally to production, purchasing and other departments but also externally to our customers.
You are responsible for your team's deliveries from a Cost, Time and Quality perspective.
Ensure that support of Aftersales department, Sales and Marketing as well as Customers are handled by your team.
Together with your team and colleagues be involved in the development of the engineering processes. The engineering process internally, how we work but also how we collaborate with our customers.

Your background
To succeed in this role, you hold an academic degree in Electrical Engineering or several years of experience within electrical design or automation.
A couple of years of leadership experience as well as working experience as engineer.
As a leader you inspire and motivate your people and help them grow in their roles and reasonability.
We value both your leadership and communication skills, your technical and social skills as well as your ability to work together with others. Being perceptive to colleagues and customers is natural to you.
Experience in Automation
Knowledge of electrical standards as LVD, EMC etc.
Proficiency in English and Swedish.
