About the role
Our development team is growing and we are now looking for a Team Lead to join us!
This role is an exciting opportunity to work with and contribute to an international team in building the platform for something truly groundbreaking within the music industry. We are looking for a senior developer who wants to take the next step in their career!
As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to coach and grow a group of approximately 4 developers. You will partner with the CTO to facilitate and work with the team to ensure that they are getting the support they need. In this role, you will also work part-time as a developer, contributing with your knowledge and experience in different projects. This is a new position with us, which means you'll have a great opportunity to shape the role, as well as make a true impact on Tracklib.

About you
With a problem-solving mindset, you enjoy leading, coaching, and effectively supporting the team to reach common goals. You are an experienced software developer who has either worked in a similar role before or been an informal leader who is now ready for the next step.
As you will lead a team and work closely with our CTO you need to have great communication and people skills and can handle all different types of situations that could occur when having the responsibility of a leader. Maybe you have encountered problems along the way, which has allowed you to reflect and learn from them. As you can see, this is a really important role for the future at Tracklib! But also, a really exciting role as you get to work with great colleagues developing a revolutionary service for sample-based music.

Qualifications:
Track record of working in IT or technical environment, and leading or coaching other developers
Bachelor's degree or higher in software engineering or equivalent required
Fluent in written and spoken English
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work and live in the European Union. Since Tracklib unfortunately is unable to offer sponsorship, only eligible candidates will be considered.
