Working for our organization as a chemical engineer you will work independently and with your own areas of responsibility and authority. You will work with daily problem solving in serial production and work proactive in our projects to support the development of our future products. It is an asset if you have good knowledge about polymers, surface bonding and coatings. You need also to have an analytical chemistry background in order to perform chemical analyses and validate analysis methods at our lab, to contribute to method development and method maintenance. You will operate, maintain, and assist in troubleshooting of instruments and analysis methods relating to analysis of process solutions.
Qualifications:
You should have a degree in chemistry
You shall have worked for at least 5 years with method development within analytical and/or organic chemistry
Experience from an accredited laboratory is desirable
You need to be experienced in project management and comfortable within a matrix organization
You must also have computers skills and have worked with instrument data systems and lab data systems
Essential qualities are strong power of initiative and ability to focus on developing work processes, methods and facilities. You must be proficient in both written and spoken Swedish and English. As a person you are self driven, analytical, well-organized, with a strong verbal communication skill and ability to work well with others.
