As an engineering manager at Qliro your primary responsibility will be, together with your fellow Engineering Manager, to support the development teams in our Merchant Products Domain. Together you will do this by coaching the teams and team members as well as support them to make sure they can take responsibility and ownership for their products.
We are looking for someone who thrives in making their team members grow. You will need to have a solid background in software development as well as experience from leading teams in order to understand the business we are operating in and the challenges you and your team will be facing. We expect you to resonate with our values and share our agile mindset with a foundation from Modern Agile, Lean Startup and Servant Leadership. Earlier experience from FinTech and Payments is seen as a bonus!
What you will do
- Staff responsibility for part of the employees within our Merchant Products domain
- Support and inspire teams and team members and make sure they are given opportunities to grow
- Recruit and onboard new members as needed
- Ensure the teams work process to suit them, that they work with a sustainable pace and are motivated to achieve their team goals
- Continue the work for a collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values, promoting tools such as pair- and mob-programming
- Continue to support our DevOps journey and establish true end to end ownership within your teams
- Collaborate with our other Engineering Managers to make sure that we continue to grow as a Engineering department
- Report to Qliro Head of Engineering and be part of our Engineering management team
Who are we looking for?

- Experience from FinTech/Payments is a bonus
- Experience from Agile Coaching is a bonus
