We arrange translators for crime victims so that they can get justice. Our job is to arrange interpreters through our platform for our customers.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled ReactNative and reactjs or vuejs Developer to collaborate with a team of designers and developers to create mobile and web applications, platforms and SPA for our own products (some of which are customer facing, others which are for internal use). You will be responsible for developing the user and admin side of the web application and enhancing user experience through high level transitions and animations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and ability to create testable, reusable, and scalable code.
Responsibilities
• You'll be working with your team to define and build the best product experience we are able to offer- and with an amazing team; well, anything is possible!
• Coaching and mentoring team members and actively working to improve team health and performance
• Help your team with prioritization, hold 1:1:s with the team members and set up individual growth plans: seeing your colleagues and team members thrive and evolve professionally and personally
• You'll have an active part in hiring new talent together with your team leads to scale up your team
• Advocate for effective software development practices and help build a great engineering culture within your team and across engineering as a whole
• Keeping up to date with programming languages, frameworks and platforms
• Creating, developing and maintaining components, applications and packages for our systems that will facilitate usage, stability and scalability throughout all of Oneflows products
• Helping the team set future architecture, technology stack and working process
• Facilitating discussions and debates, both technical and non-technical with your colleagues and peers
Skills and Qualifications required
• Swedish and English language proficiency
• A proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering new products, preferably in complex and high transaction environments
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues, team members or direct reports
• Experience at developing, mentoring and growing a team
• A broad spectrum of frontend and backend languages, frameworks and platforms
• System integrations, making different systems and applications play well together while being able to leverage their individual strengths
• A desire to spend a significant percentage of your time close to the code
• 3+ years experience working as an engineer.
• Having worked with OKRs in a product development environment
• Security architecture (OWASP, encryption, etc.)
You typically come from a background where you are used to working with SaaS products using microservices at scale in a cloud first environment, having experience in modern agile product development environments, working with languages such as ReactNative, Vuejs, Laravel and Serverless Microservices on AWS.
