hela Sverige Engineering & Supply, Tumba - Energy & Process is responsible for engineering and delivery of highly qualified separator and process systems to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Inorganic, Metal & Paper Industries.
We are introducing a new Engineering Manager position for projects handling in the Energy & Process segment.
Responsibilities:As Engineering Manager for Energy & Process, you will lead a team of 10-15 skilled Project Manager/Engineers. You will take resposibility for the projects from bid phase to final delivery. You will work in close collaboration with the corresponding Energy & Process market segment.
Main tasks will be to:
keep up the excellence in projects handling as per E&S defined project structure
to be responsible for capacity, personnel adjustments based on business demands
act as Point of Entry for quotation work and contracts
ensure good communication with market organisations and with internal line organisations.
Qualifications:You hold a degree in Engineering at university level and have minimum 5 years experience of project management within Energy, Process or Oil & Gas Industries. You have strong organizational- and problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
You are good at managing inter-personal relationship combining good technical skills with good management skills, problem solving and decision making. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative international environment.

Practicalities:The position requires approximately 20-40 travelling days per year and is based in Tumba, Sweden.
