You are
The commissioning of our Demonstration plant started in the summer of 2022 and is now in the startup phase. You will be part of a growing company with the ambition of being a game changer within the textile industry, to significantly reduce its environmental footprint and to make sustainable textile fibers available to all. We have a novel chemical technology - using renewable forest raw material and regenerating the cellulose into a textile fiber.
As our Engineering Manager Automation, you will take overall responsibility for further developing the control systems and the optimization of the process eventually to full-scale. With your technical insight and expertise, you'll challenge our current know-how and contribute to this development. You will manage operational issues, optimize the process, develop and improve the control system, and collaborate with your colleagues. Further you will:
• work with programming of complex automation systems.
• implement process management and control solutions.
• ensure that proposed automation solutions meet safety and quality standards according to TreeToTextile 's regulations and standards.
• support the organisation with your expertise in automation and control system.
You will
We are looking for a strong individual with a can-do attitude that share our drive to bring sustainable materials to the wider market. A bachelor's in electrical engineering, process engineering, or similar engineering field is highly preferred. You have a technical competence in DCS programming and good knowledge in troubleshooting, engineering design, start-up, commissioning, and validation relative to complex automation systems. It is advantageous if you have previously had a technical leading role in projects.

Furthermore, you understand the importance of keeping deadlines and delivering on time with quality. In addition to your technical knowledge and work experience, we are looking for a person who wants to become part of the TreeToTextile team and work towards our common goals. You are inventive, a good communicator and good at interacting with colleagues within the company as well as with external partners. You are also fluent in English, written and spoken.
