Develop processes and generic rules for design within the electrical and I&C field:
• Survey needs of generic rules & guidelines within the electrical and I&C field
• Elaborate and implement generic rules & guidelines in the organization.
• Take part in the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering processes related to the Electrical and I&C field.
• Provide expertise to the projects and the line organization in regards to the field of electrical engineering.
• Assist in the evaluation of technical tenders when procuring technical systems.
• Perform design reviews.
• Review and assist in the creation of the design and requirement documents.
• Prepare presentations and respond to recommendations from technical design reviews and advisory committees.
Required qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, technology, or science
• 5+ years of experience from Electrical Engineering within the industry or scientific projects
• Experience from plant design within the Electrical and I&C field
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Excellent oral and written English skills
Optional qualifications
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience from work with governing documents and standardization
• Experience from complex, international technology and/or science projects
• Experience from collaborative electronic tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of additional European languages

• Strong problem solving, analytical methods and technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in and with team(s).
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems/issues and has good judgement.
