We hope that it's you.As an Engineering Manager you will build up and work with your team on the development needed to create an amazing product. You'll work in a cross-functional team together with the Product Manager, collaborate with our other Engineering Managers, and report to the Director of Engineering. Please submit your application in English.What you'll do:Build a high performing product team where your team members are developing, being motivated and challenged.Work with the other EMs, DoE and CTO to set the strategic technical vision and roadmap for Fishbrain.Accountable for the delivery of team projects and development based on product prioritization and the company goals.Continuously facilitate continuous improvement to help your team deliver more business value.Define and analyze tech metrics that inform the success of your team's work.Experiences within fishing and the fishing industry as a plusWhat you'll find here:A fast-growing company that values forward-leaning builders of improvements.Lots of challenges regarding hyper growth of both the product, the organisation and optimise how we are using the right level processes while we do this.
