As an engineering manager at Qliro your primary responsibility will be to support the development teams in our Consumer Finance Domain. You will do this by coaching the teams and team members as well as support them to make sure they can take responsibility and ownership for their products.
We are looking for someone who thrives in making their team members grow. You will need to have a solid background in software development and FinTech as well as experience from leading teams in order to understand the business we are operating in and the challenges you and your team will be facing.
What you will do:
- Support teams and team members and make sure they are given opportunities to grow
- Recruit and onboard new members as needed
- Ensure the teams work process to suit them, that they work with a sustainable pace and are motivated to achieve their team goals
- Continue the work for a collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values
Who are we looking for:
- Strong leadership skills and experience from leading development teams

- Experience from FinTech
- Experience as Software Engineer
