hela Sverige The scope of the consultant services is to assist in:
Work closely with the assigned product owners and all groups within the Digital Technology organization in order to deliver the SAP BW platform
Evaluate and propose the solution based on digital efficiency, data democratization and Ikea values.
Establish an engineering team who will follow lean and DevOps principles to implement, evolve, support and own the software components
Lead, inspire, motivate a multi-discipline software product team
Responsible for recruitment, performance, competence and career development of individuals in the team
Help build a digital mindset and an engineering culture that is accountability and results orientated.
Encourage the team to continuously improve processes
Manage all technical resources and capacity plans within budget and time frame
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc
Experience and knowledge of agile ways of working and continuous improvement within the software engineering function, encouraging simplicity, efficiency, ownership and accountability
Lead in the balance between traditional delivery models and agile methods.
Solutioning and/or architectural experience to create the best approach to support business requirements
Ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop team members
Ability to actively acquire new knowledge and skills and champion new methods, digital systems and processes to improve performance
Ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of technology as an integrated part of the business

Experience regarding how to handle Data in a secure way mainly driven from analytical requirements
