So, what are you going to do today?
Engineering & Supply Business Unit High Speed separators is responsible for executing customer projects for Brewery, Beverage, Edible Oil, Biopharm & Industrial Fermentation and Ethanol, Starch & Sugar.
Engineering & Supply 's is a competitive project organization that delivers HSS systems that ensure optimization of our customers processes.
Who you are
About the job
As a Engineering manager - Standard range, Separator Systems, you will be responsible for a team dedicated for developing and driving product improvements of our standard system range. The work will be executed together with your direct reports as well as with other engineers in Tumba and other sites.
Your main tasks:
Lead a team of dedicated professionals with the common vision of developing our standard range to the next level. In this product development position, you maintain/develop the standard range High Speed Separator systems to secure current and future market needs. You take overall responsibility to secure needed changes are implemented. This to meet future market needs as well as securing quality levels are met.
You work strategically and as an expert on your products and support internal entities. You take responsibility of the harmonization of standard solutions and align with other departments in Business Unit HSS. You execute costing updates on a yearly basis, as well as other related documents.
What you know
* You hold a degree in Engineering at university level
* You have a technical background and experience from working with customer projects
* You strive to lead and develop people
* Leadership experience is a benefit
* Experience from engineering and/or manufacturing of products and systems to the biopharma and food industry is meritorious
* Excellent communication skills and a team focused mindset.
* Your work approach is constructive, structured, holistic and systematic
