In this role you will manage an electrical design office that is working with delivery projects, platform development, and tenders. The office has four main design areas, cubicle design of control and relay system, auxiliary system, relay configuration, and station plant diagram. A team with great cooperation, global footprint, and with diverse backgrounds is waiting for you to join!

Your responsibilities
Manage, guide, motivate, coach, and develop your team members
Ensure resource management towards Project, Tender and Development and follow up progress on the deliverables, on time, on safety, according to customer and quality requirements
Ensure that the team is resourced, developed, and equipped to meet the business needs
Ensure team's compliance with standard processes, procedures, practices, and safety requirements
Budget accountability for the team
Support and drive continuous improvement activities to improve processes, procedures, and effectiveness within your area of responsibility

Your background
To be successful in this position you have at least 3-5 years of team management experience in project business
At least 5 years of experience in one or several of the following areas; Substations, Power Quality Solutions, Facts Principles, Power Transmission (HVDC), Power System
You are well organized and flexible in your way and of working. You are solution oriented and you are having strong drive with focus on delivering results
You have a positive and engaging leadership style that puts the team in focus
Experience from working with distributed engineering in a multi project-oriented business
You have some knowledge on Zuken E3, etap, or similar design tools
Preferable if you have knowledge of development, and base/ platform solutions
As you will be part of a global business, fluency in English is required, written and spoken alike. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus
