Description
Our Engineering department is now creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for an Engineering Manager for our Design, Styling and Mechanical department. You will use your technical skills and your ability to lead others, as your role includes
• accountability for achieving the objectives to each project and
in the function as being a part of the Engineering Management
• strategic work, combined with demands for quick decisions in a
changing environment
• continuous development of efficient processes and procedures
• cross functional cooperation
• developing and stimulate your team members to achieve
excellent performance
• having technical skills in Design, Styling and Mechanical
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
• relevant experience and technical skills in the work area, at
least 7 years, preferably in the automotive industry
• degree in Master of Science or equivalent experience
• documented management experience
• good knowledge of tools and processes used in automotive
component such as Unigraphics ande Teamcenter
• general knowledge of automotive systems
You master English, both spoken and written.
