The Engineering Graduate Program is a global program for new graduates who are passionate about engineering, driven to make things better and have plenty of initiative. The Program offers a mix of on-the-job learning and intensive training modules including international travel.
The Program is offered in Sweden with placement in Gothenburg. The Program starts in September, 2017 and will be ongoing for 12 months. After that time you continute to work in the positions you have been recruited into.
The Program is hosted by a trucks division - Volvo Group Trucks Technology, which has the global responsibility for the Volvo Group technology research, engine development, product design and all the technology and product development linked to truck operations, as well as supporting the products in the aftermarket. Volvo Group Trucks Technology has 7.000 employees working in global teams with focus on delivering world-class engineered products and services.
What we offer
You will get a chance to impact live projects and be exposed to the entire engineering lifecycle. You will have a permanent position in our organization and during the program there will be interesting modules where you will learn more about the organization and yourself.
The position you will have depends on your profile and interests, as well as the best match for the organization, and will be defined after the interview.

To apply for the Program you need to:
• have a university Master degree, (have graduated not more than 18 months ago), or be currently working towards one (to be completed by the time the Program starts in September), preferably in one of the following fields: electrical engineering; mechanical engineering; industrial software engineering,
• speak fluent English and have an international mind-set,
• have a valid work permit for Sweden,
• have a valid passport.
