SCA is currently searching for recent graduates in Engineering to start in 2017. Selected candidates will participate in SCA's two-year Graduate On-boarding Program within the organization.
We are currently offering Graduate Engineer positions within our Global Technology organisation that will prepare you for a sustainable career in SCA. Based out of our Gothenburg office and working towards production sites, the Global Product Category and R&D organisations as well as our global strategic suppliers, you will gain deep understanding of the global SCA organization, working processes and the interaction between R&D, Technology and Manufacturing whilst simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have a very broad platform for your further career within SCA and you will be qualified for roles within the Technology Organisation.
Responsibilities
During the 24 month SCA GO! Program you will work in an international environment with professional cross functional teams, take on your own improvement projects, as well as gaining understanding of the value creating business from innovation creation and R&D to development and implementation of manufacturing technology in our factories. The first 6 months, you will have an on-boarding program to develop skills and understanding of manufacturing, machines, processes and product design. The following 18 months you will be an active partner and support to our Technology Area Engineers in major projects and in that being responsible for own activities.

What are we looking for?
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage. Having obtained a Master's degree in Engineering achieved less than 3 years ago will be a prerequisite. Your level of English needs to be fluent. Finally, availability for traveling is required for the SCA GO! Program.
