You will work in the cleanroom where your primary responsibilities will be wafer preparation, wafer processing and metrology, e.g. spin-coating, development, dry/wet etching, optical microscopy (OM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Besides this you will be working on maskless lithography and thin film deposition tools.
A great part of the position involves cleanroom work. You are going to work according to provided instructions and following standard procedures and process flows, which requires that you can plan, organize and document your work. We expect that you can work independently and that you are willing to work night shifts and/or weekends. Occasional travel should be expected. The off-hours working hours will be reflected in the compensation.
You will work closely together with colleagues located in Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, and US. You will be based in our branch in Gothenburg, Sweden, and your work will primarily be carried out in the MC2 cleanroom at Chalmers University.

• Verify and document the quality of your work by metrology
• Pre and post processing of exposed wafers
• Take part in the optimization and development of new processes (etching, thin-film deposition etc.)
• Follow schedules and procedures and document your work
Must have
• Swedish work permit
• Experience with basic cleanroom processes like etching and thin-film deposition
• Experience with OM, AFM and SEM
• Experience with working in cleanroom and/or laboratory environments
• Skilled in data documentation, analysis, and presentation
• Being able to maneuver in complex process flows
