Our online Software as a Service (SaaS) platform makes sure all of a chain or franchise's locations can be found on multiple search, map, and social media platforms, including Apple, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, Foursquare, and many more.
Having left the startup phase, we are now scaling up with market presence in order to deliver our unique product to world leading brands. We are therefore in search of a Engineer Manager to join our Product team in Malmö, Sweden.
About the job & the team:
We work with empowered product teams that are cross-functional and durable, generally composed of a product manager, a product designer, and several engineers. Your role as Engineering manager is to lead the engineers by empowering and coaching them to innovate and excel in what they are doing. The team is co-located at our head office in Malmö and has a great mix of young to senior team members from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coaching junior to senior engineers
• Enable collaboration
• Supporting career development
• Ensuring that processes and systems align with company goals
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Recruit the right engineering talents for the teams
Your profile:
• 5 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
• People coaching skills
• Knowledge of software development
• Knowledge of hiring software developers and testers
