Personality / Commitment

We are looking for a number of highly motivated Engineers to assist the development of the next generation of cars at one of our customer sites. In particular, we are looking for a person with experience from product development and with strong leadership skills. We see that you have a background of taking a high degree of responsibility and that you have the ability to motivate the people around you.

For this role it is important to have good argumentation skills and an ability to efficiently and clearly explain your points of view.

Job / Skills

As a lead engineer, you have the leading role in product development. Main tasks will be coordination of projects and component responsibility. The main areas are engine and driveline.

In order to be qualified you need to have a technical education within Mechanical Engineering or similar and at least a couple of years? experience from product development. Experience from component owner roles, design engineering and project management is especially interesting.

Meritorious experience:
• Interest in cars
• Teamcenter experience is highly meritorious
• Design in Catia V5
• Leadership experience
• Project management
