About the role:
We are seeking an experienced engineer fluent in Chinese to support a large-scale project involving collaboration with a Chinese company. The engineer will act as a crucial interface between our English-speaking employees and Chinese experts, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. In this role, the engineer will be responsible for coordinating and working closely with a task force on various improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilites:
You will play a pivotal role in bridging communication between our English-speaking team and Chinese experts, ensuring that interactions are smooth and effective. Your main tasks will include coordinating with a specialized team focused on ongoing improvement projects and contributing significantly to the project's success. You will also handle the translation of technical documents and provide interpretation services during meetings, helping to maintain clear communication and alignment among all involved parties. This assignment is anticipated to last between 3 and 6 months.
Requirements:
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin),including highly technical language
Education in relevant engineering field
Worked in or completed similarprojects
Familiarity with technical KPIs
Skilled in problem-solving, continuous improvement, and ensuring quality
Teamplayer
Experience in automotive or battery technology is a plus.Other:
