Trimble Solutions Sandvika is now looking for a technically skilled and enthusiastic employee to help our customers to succeed with the transformation to a fully digital workflow - transforming the way the world works.
We are looking for an engineer (BSc or MSc) with a minimum 2 years experience in designing roads or railways.
The focus for this position is technical support for our customers in addition to project support and training.

Responsibilities:
• Customer support by phone, e-mail and remote access
• Be a technical advisor on Civil Engineering Software and services for existing and new customers both in field and in house support
• Help customers digging in to technical challenges and solving them together
• Software testing
• Creating FAQ's, best practice video's and descriptions to help our customers
• Software online training and classroom training
• Project support
Qualifications/Skills:
• Service mindedness and a genuine interest to help others to succeed
• Pedagogic and patient in interaction with customers
• Communications skills in Norwegian and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to learn and adapt fast to changes and new environments
• Organized and analytical
• Experience with Trimble software: Novapoint, Quadri and others
• Road or Rail design experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Desktop products.
• Experience or knowledge of Civil Engineering Software or Trimble products is desired
• BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering
