Key Responsibilities
• To provide technical support , support customers using ZTE products and solutions
• To liaise with vendors for maintenance and troubleshooting process
• To provide pre and post sales technical customer support
• Solving network or product related technical issues in customer environment.
• Setting up test environments and providing demonstrations.
Requirements:
• Education in telecommunications, computer science or electronics; University Engineer Degree is strongly preferred
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience in Telecommunication industry. Those candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer
• Good command of both spoken and written in English, Swedish and Chinese
Additional Information
The role will initially be for 1 year duration, with the possibility of continuing.
