hela Sverige Are you a passionate Mechanical Engineer with a flair for innovation and a desire to work on cutting-edge projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in based in Gothenburg. Our Client are responsible for designing installations and components for Chassis electrical and pneumatic systems, which include signal and high-voltage systems, brake systems, air suspension systems, and additional equipment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior/ETL Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our technical team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and contributing to Component and QJ work.
* Driving new developments in projects related to pneumatic and electrical installations.
* Utilizing KOLA, Volvo 's main documentation system, and other data systems for reporting and documentation.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Production, FVV, and Aftermarket.
* Leading and delegating work to Consultant work packages and our global sites, particularly our site in Bangalore, India.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
* An engineering degree with several years of engineering experience.
* Extensive experience in CAD design and installation, particularly in Pro/E.
* Familiarity with KOLA DVP and experience as an ETL or Team Leader, and/or experience at Volvo AB (beneficial).
* Strong project team experience with a structured work approach.
* Preferably, experience with heavy-duty vehicles.
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication skills.
* An open-minded and sociable team player with enthusiasm and respect for diverse technical skills and cultures.
* Strong multitasking abilities, a proactive approach, commitment to task completion, flexibility in planning, and a drive for continuous improvement.
About the position
The assignment is a consultant position with employment at Adecco. The start will take place as soon as possible after agreement.
