Position Description The Engine Design department is responsible for designing engine hardware components for usage in our different off-road applications. In order to meet the demand for new products we now want to recruit an engine development engineer.
Engine Development Engineer ? Engine design
As an engine design engineer for mechanical design you will work with engine adaptation to achieve optimal engine performance for the Volvo CE products.
You will work in project form with international contacts and will be responsible for development of mechanical designs, quality and verification specifications for Volvo CE parts. Genuine quality consciousness is a key competence in our work.
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
M.Sc or B.Sc
Experienced in mechanical design work
Fluent in English
High ability to plan and structure your work
Very high ability to take initiatives
Interest in engines is seen as a merit
Result oriented
