Technological developments will over time revolution the relationship Scania has with its customers and the company's role in the transport value chain. Through this transformation Scania will adapt from being a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to also being a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Mobility Solutions is our new business area with the mission to lead Scania's ambition to take a larger role in the transport ecosystem. Today Mobility Solutions primarily focus on driving Scania's autonomous transport roadmap and providing Transport-as-a-Service (LOTS Group). Tomorrow, we look to develop and deliver new businesses supporting Scania's long-term growth and profitability through our new Corporate Venturing function.
Scania Innovation Factory is a part of Mobility Solutions and is operating in this spirit with the ambition to find new innovative business opportunities for Scania.
Elain is a one year old start-up that has gone from idea to business in Scania Innovation Factory, now entering the scale stage for commercialization. Elain is a digital platform for tracking and visualising CO2 emissions from primary data sources. The dashboard facilitates informed decisions by providing comprehensive insights, and showcases sustainability performance enabling competitive advantage. The team works in an agile way where pivoting is part of the day-to-day business.
We are searching for an engaging Business Developer to enhance our business plan and GTM (Go To Market) strategy. You will work closely with the other four team members in this young, close-knit and driven team to make this business idea come true.
Your role
You'll be the main responsible for pricing strategy and revenue model and be in charge of marketing and communication, so that we can get in contact with new customers for development and sales as well as build our brand. You will also be the one to take our GTM strategy to the next level and set up sales partnerships. Since we are a small team it will also be needed of you to help out in other areas when needed.
The first version of the dashboard is up and running for carriers to monitor the sustainability performance of their fleet. An upcoming task for us is to develop the next product that we think will drive the revenues in the future.
Your profile
We look for you who operates effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear. We would like you to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. The role suits you who prefer an entrepreneurial approach and limited organizational constraints.
Previous experience from the start-up environment is meriting.
