Cerner's Population Health Practice is a new exciting part of our organisation transforming the way care is managed and delivered, using technology to underpin the management of population health across geographies. The Population Health Europe team offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative fast-paced unit with all the rewards and challenges that a start-up opportunity brings.
As an Engagement Owner (EO) you are responsible for the successful delivery of the Population Health solutions and services to clients, the project profitability and overall management. This role is based in Sweden, and the post-holder will be responsible for managing the creation and delivery of analytics content to clients in Sweden.
You are accountable for the delivery of Cerner client projects, managing complex client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes, promoting client value via identification of baseline metrics, key performance indicator (KPI) management, and resulting value objectives.
You will act as an escalation point for client and project risks/issue, direct and manage a team of associates responsible for project delivery. You will support execution of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute client and methodology vision, objectives, and strategy driven by executive leadership. You will design, build, and maintain complex project plans based on contractual commitments, manage project resources, financials, and scope of multiple projects.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Project Management Professional Certification
At least 3 years of project and financial management work experience
At least 3 years Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
1 year experience working within Cerner's Population Health Platform
Expectations:
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Experience in delivering complex projects/programmes in the healthcare sector
Exposure to the Agile development methodology, and experience in managing the development of products using this methodology
