Job Summary

We are responsible for two areas within BURA DURA PDU Baseband and Interconnect which areBaseband PLM and Product Introduction.
We are now looking to strechngten our team with a Strong Leader to carry out tasks as product Engagement Manager (including Task Force leadership for problems) and Product Introduction project Management.
We work with a high level of customer and development understanding to carry out or tasks smoothly.
As Baseband Software Product Engagement manager you will be responsible for driving customer cases and interacting with Customer units and other Engagement Managers covering the Baseband Software in Digital Units e.g. Baseband 5212, 5216,6620,6630 and XMU03 and Baseband-T products (T-605)
As Product Introduction Project Manager planning and execution of e.g. SW and HW product introduction such as FOA, FFI, Demos, Field trials.
Leading FOA work on or off-site.
Included products are e.g. Baseband products (e.g. 5212,5216), Baseband-T products (T-605).XMU03, TCU, RBS-enclosures and power modules. RSM (Remote site management)-Ericsson site controllers.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Following task are typically included for the Product Engagement Manager (and Task Force leader)
Drive taskforces within the PDU for escalated customer problems
SPOC towards RAN Engagement Managers and customer regions
Presenting to Leadership teams and steering groups
Giving presentations to customers
Request and keep track of deliveries for escalated TRs and CSRs
Keep the PDU informed about ongoing customer activities in their region, to be done via i.e. the bi-weekly Customer update
Work with proactive and suggest activities to support customers and avoid escalations.
Identify extra need for support remote or onsite and secure people going on site after GA.
Define technical and ways of working improvements based on feedback and observations.
Be involved and support in larger customer events.

Following tasks are typically included for the Product Introduction Project Manager

Project Planning of Product Introduction from pre-study to execution phase and PRG
Project Management of FOA, FFI, Demos and field trials with project budget and staff responsibility
Direct interactions with customers and customer units to set up the activities.
Secure quick feedback from first customer volume deployment of HW in the Deployment phase of the PI project
Secure early deliveries of hardware to customer sites
Secure the activities to be performed on site and KPI's
Secure product usability through CPI feedback from site
Secure quick feedback from volume deployment in the Deployment phase of the PI projects
Drive Lessons Learned and feedback findings to line organization.

BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge

Maintenance project Management or Technical coordination
High level of technical understanding of DURA products, especially RBS
