hela Sverige Quest Global is looking for an Engagament Manager to join our team in Helsingborg. We are seeking a leader to secure continued success in engaging with customers within the retail sector - with a focus on transforming on premises e-commerce to Google and Azure cloud.
The project has a specific focus on:
Current IT landscape assessment
Destination IT landscape design
Cloud assessment and recommendation
Migration strategy, approach & execution
To be successful in the role, the Engagement Manager needs to:
Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact with at least 10 years of experience of working directly with customers
Should have proficiency in managing senior customer stakeholders
Have good working experience of at least 3 Years in Retail Domain and should have a good understanding of Digital transformation technologies
Should be of entrepreneurial mindset; Any experience of working with startups or running own business in the past would be a big plus
Have excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with proficiency in English
Design and execute solutions tailored to customer needs
Work to generate new business while sustaining the existing business
Seeks upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Help customers implement services and plan projects effectively and nurture working relationships with customers throughout the project cycle
Prepare reports on project performance
Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
Track customer's processes and provide prompt assistance when needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and follow ethical standards
Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers
