What you'll do:
Identify business development opportunities for battery energy storage systems at charging sites
Lead the procurement process for battery storage systems, including vendor selection and contracting
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for storage implementation projects
Coordinate with the charging team to ensure project feasibility and alignment with business objectives
Manage project execution, including site preparation, equipment installation, and commissioning
Track project performance, including financial metrics, milestones, and deliverables, and report progress to senior management
Responsible for operation of Energy solutions, mainly BESS, together with the charging team
What we're looking for:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related fields
3+ years of relevant experience, including working with project delivery and/or implementation
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose solutions
Experience in industry and BESS is favorable
Fluency in English
