The Köping factory is constantly working to reduce energy use in order to achieve our set goals in terms of environmental impact.
Our processes are a large consumer of energy and we want to map where in production we consume a lot of energy and make suggestions on how we can reduce energy consumption.
Student profile:
A student that has an interest in production engineering with focus on environmental questions and energy.
Description of thesis work:
Mapping of energy consumption and give suggestions how we can reduce our energy consumption and still maintain the same level of quality on our products.
The assignment includes:
Literature study.
Collect information of energy consumption.
Give suggestions how to reduce energy consumption.
Document and present results.
