Our team is now looking for an experienced and passionate End-2-End Test Manager who wants to be part of the continued development and change journey for the connected services. You will be part of a dedicated team in Delivery & Operations at Volvo Group Connected Solutions. The objectives of the team is to have functional ownership of several telematics functions, lead End-2-End testing in projects, perform proactive runtime monitoring for continuous improvements and configuration / delivery management of the Telematics Integration Service Platform (TISP).
Role description
In your role as a test manager you will lead, develop and drive the test strategy & plan for Volvo Group Connected Solutions within projects. Further to perform system test before and after new deploys of TISP. In some cases also contribute in proactive runtime monitoring.
Key responsibilities
• Lead, develop and drive the test strategy & test plan within projects and maintenance cross functional
• Initiate and follow-up fault reports including re-testing etc.
• Perform system tests during releases of TISP

Who you are
We think that a successful End-2-End test manager needs to be social, flexible and enjoy working in teams. You also enjoy leading a test team in projects/maintenance within Volvo Group Connected Solutions as well as cross functional commodities / external parties and taking responsibility for the test plan including user acceptance tests. You like to perform hands-on test by yourself. Your direction is that quality comes first and you could rank the bug reports from a total offering and risk perspective.
An End-2-End test manager has a strong customer focus and a natural, service minded attitude. You enjoy challenges and find energy in being able to contribute also during demanding conditions. We are looking for an End-2-End test manager who likes taking responsibility, act with integrity and has a result oriented mindset.
Required knowledge/experience
• An university degree (engineering)
• Experience from End-2-End testing or similar
• Good domain knowledge of OEM connected service offering, telematics, transport industry and end-customer processes
• Knowledge in embedded software development and back office application development
• Good communicator and presentation skills
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
