Consumer Services at Volvo Group Connected Solutions is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. Together with our partners and customers we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.
We are now looking for an End-to-End Test Manager within the Fuel and Environment team.
The role
The mission of the test manager is to lead, develop and drive the test strategy and plan within product changes and projects. There will typically be planning, follow-up and practical testing. You will work close to your colleagues in the E2E test team and the development teams at Connected Solutions as well as teams at Group Truck Technology, the Volvo brands and Group IT.
With the results from the testing, you will make sure that the right teams are addressed and also give input about priority and re-testing.
You will create a test plan relevant for the change you are working with. This includes early phase testing up to User Acceptance Tests.
Your profile
You have a strong customer focus and a natural service-minded attitude. You respond to challenges and find energy in contributing during demanding conditions. You act with integrity and always take responsibility for your deliveries.
Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you also have:
A university degree (engineering)
Experience from End-to-End testing or similar
Good understanding on total offering impact versus test results
Good domain knowledge of OEM connected service offering, telematics, transport industry and end-customer processes
Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to establish and maintain god relations with customers and partners
Valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen
