For our client Atlas Copco we are currently looking for a End User Support Professional. If you are passionate about the latest technical solutions and you enjoy supporting others, then this is the role for you!
Mission:
• You will be part of the Swedish Customer Service Team, supporting roughly 500 end-users primarily in Sickla Headquarter.
• We aim on high customer satisfaction achieved through perfection of provided IT services mainly related to End user Training and Education in new services and applications and understanding of Business needs. Therefore we expect a candidate to have strong pro-customer oriented approach.
• The candidate should have positive approach towards the innovation and he / she should proactively study, test and suggest further development and improvement of existing portfolio of IT services.
Responsibilities:
• You will be providing consultancy, proactive support to internal customers and you will support use as well as further development of various IT services and applications.
• As you are good at using the technical solutions you will train, educate and provide guidance for the end users in existing and new IT technologies. You will also help to improve user's skills to achieve easy-of use of IT technologies.
• Other responsibilities will include: provide end user feedback regarding various IT technologies to the responsible service owners in order to improve IT services performance and through this the end users perception.
• To contribute on the end user training documentation, e-learning and other support guidelines.
• To contribute on improvement of the end user satisfaction with IT services and applications.
To define best practice and related processes related to the use of IT technologiesTo contribute on continuous improvement as implementing standards with the overall target to increase efficiency:
Experience and requirements:
We believe you have excellent social and communication skills and have the ability to explain complex technical matters in a business language.
You will have strong stakeholder management skills and you are able to take business needs and implement solutions that fulfill the requirements.
The technical requirements are:
• Experience with End user computing, Mobile device management, Web based or Cloud applications
• Familiar with dynamic with IT innovation and early adopter programs
• Familiar with basic IT technologies and applicationsBasic know how of the applications set up and basic know how of the desktop, laptop and mobile hardware troubleshootingMicrosoft Office (capable to use and support)
• Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written is a must.
• Other languages are an asset
• Knowledge of basic IT principles, ITIL certification is an advantage.
You will probably already have some experience in a similar role but you will now be ready to take on an even more independent role and thrive with the responsibilities and challenges you will be given in this role.
