We have a role for End Point Management.
Job Role:
• Skilled in SCCM in an global context
• Highly skilled in automated installation (F12) regarding PC hardware drivers
• Highly skilled in Windows 7 & 10 regarding PC hardware drivers.
• Highly skilled in deep troubleshooting driver installation or other hardware driver issues.
• Highly skilled in creating PC hardware driver packages in SCCM
• Skilled in different support tools like Service Now, Remedy
• Highly skilled in understanding PC technologies such as BIOS,UEFI, TPM, Bit locker etc.
• Experience in working in large global customer environment/deliveries
• Highly skilled in reading/understanding log files
• Highly skilled in creating necessary documentation
