Democratize data and break down silos to enable seamless access to a broad data set
Create clear accountability for data and ensure focus on business-relevant use cases
Improve data quality to foster trust and reliability
This vision will be achieved through a data operating model that encompasses processes, roles & responsibilities, technology, tools and ways of working to help translate the data strategy into value creation.
A critical priority for Ericsson is to ensure that high-quality data is available to run our business and meet our customers' needs. The DEO was established to define a central data strategy and support core data used across Ericsson. The DEO works with the Business, Market Areas and Group Functions to deliver an effective operating model to ensure sound management of our data.
To drive this change, we are looking for a highly motivated and determined Data Enablement & Process Analyst who will be responsible for cross workstream coordination of the DEO to ensure process adherence with focus on DEO finances, value tracking, resource planning and hiring as well as effectively communicating with other parts of the organization.
What you will do
Maintain the DEO roadmap and drive cross workstream coordination
Consolidate and prepare executive-level steering group materials
Advocate for a data-driven organization and support others to do so
Support value tracking, extract and share reports
Update KPI Dashboards for reporting
Ensure adherence to process and follow up on DEO financials
Plan DEO sizing and capability needs
Initiate hiring process incl. creating job descriptions, screening profiles, coordinating interviews and processing hiring decisions from the Head of DEO
Support the Head of the DEO on a demand base
You will bring
BA in Business Administration, MBA or equivalent experience
Relevant work experience with financial planning, marketing / communication, project management
