The Process and Enabling Solutions group is seeking an experienced leader within Clinical Operations with a demonstrable background in the successful implementation of solutions and organizational improvements.
Enablement Lead is a member of Core Study Team, with responsibilities to:
* Be engaged in early study set up activities within assigned compound
* Be POC during systems and solutions selection and set up process (preferred vs non-prefered providers, rare services, procurement consultation)
* Serve consultancy for system and solutions strategy planning on a study level
* Provide input to CSP development and study risk identification related to systems
* Be POC & escalation in case of any issues/non-standard situations for studies in maintenance related to processes and systems
* Line Management up to 10 people (up to 0,2 FTE)
* Capacity management within compound/ TA in consultation with Associate Director
* Monitor and maintain systems utilization on compound level (especially measure IRT performance)
* Perform study handover to EL Specialist around CSP approval date (to make sure EL Specialist is appointed for IRT KOM) = translate protocol on systems preferences
* Monitor agreed KPIs & metrics on compound level
* Manage IRT set up if required
Enablement Lead position requires:
* Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
* Extensive knowledge of clinical operations, clinical processes and systems, clinical data flow, IRT area
* Knowledge about project management tools and processes
* Leadership capabilities (people and project), including team facilitation
Enablement Lead role in Clinical Operations Enablement, offer you possibility to influence and streamline all systems and processes in Enablement by identification on a study level any process/ system deficiencies and bringing them to System and Process Owner attention.
