Your role as Employer Branding Specialist
You will be part of an amazing team of engaged and creative people with the main focus to attract tomorrow's talent for Scania CV. In this role, your main responsibility will be working with target groups within production and logistics, where you will plan, coordinate and participate in various employer branding activities both on-site and digitally. Travel within Sweden will occur on a few occasions on a yearly basis.
You will be representing Scania as a company by speaking to different stakeholders and holding company presentations at events, therefore you love socializing and talking in front of the public. In close collaboration with your EB team and other internal/external stakeholders, you will work on continuous improvements and new ways of strengthening the Employer Brand of Scania.
To be successful in this role you have/are:
• A relevant university degree
• Work experience in employer branding or another relevant field in HR or PR/Marketing
• Fluent in Swedish and English both written and oral
• You are a structured person who enjoys coordinating, administrating and plan your own work
• You enjoy the mix of hands-on operational work as well as strategic planning
• Focuses on targets and enjoys challenges
• Good communication and presentations skills
• Ability to create good relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
• You are proactive, creative, enjoy taking initiative and inspiring people
• A self-driven person that can work both independently and in a team
