We are now looking for an Employer Branding Specialist during a parental leave in our group. You will together with our team continue to develop our work with attracting tomorrow's talents. You will join a creative and engaged team, that works close to our customers and enjoys challenges and collaboration.
Your key tasks include:
• Continuously work with understanding our main target groups
• Develop, implement and follow up Employer Branding plan and activities
• Plan, coordinate and participate in various employer branding activities, both physically and digitally, e.g. fairs, company presentations, internal and external events etc.
• Participate and contribute in the Employer Branding team and cross functional teams
• Together with your colleagues work with continuous improvements
• Collaborate with, coordinate and manage internal stakeholders and external partners/networks
Your profile:
As a person you are structured, like to coordinate and you enjoy taking on new challenges and working with a focus on quality and targets. To be successful in this role you will also need good communication and presentation skills and you have the ability to create good relationships across the organization. Furthermore you are proactive, take initiative and have the ability to inspire others. You are self-driven and can work both independently as well as part of a team and are experienced in managing and coordinating your own projects. You probably have a Master-or Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communication or similar - preferably combined with experience in employer branding or other relevant fields at Scania. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
