We are now looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to cover for a one-year parental leave, working with a global approach from our HQ in Lund.
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING YOU?
This role offers a great variety of tasks within the Employer Branding area. You will work closely with driven, friendly and ambitious colleagues and managers within HR, Marketing and the Business.
You will be overall responsible for Axis' Employer Value Proposition and you will work to further develop, drive and implement our employer brand towards strategically important target groups.
Furthermore, you will work with social media activities and other events to support Axis's Employer Branding and Recruitment strategy. As Axis is a fast-growing company, we will be able to offer a dynamic workplace where you can use all your potential and develop and grow with us!
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe you are a creative person who enjoy working in a role where high pace, multitasking and variation is essential for your success. In order to perform well in this position, we believe you have the following background and qualifications:
* University studies in Human Resources or Marketing
* At least 2 years of experience from working in a similar role, preferable from a technology-intensive industry
* Knowledge about Employer Branding and its impact on the business
* Understanding of the recruitment process
* We believe you have experience from driving projects with internal/external stakeholders and a good knowledge in digital web including social media and an interest in marketing
As a person you are driven, enthusiastic and structured and find your motivation and passion in delivering results through working closely with the business and networking in an independently and proactive way. We also believe that you are a fast learner with a business-oriented approach and like working with a wide number of tasks in a changing environment. You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally in Swedish and English.
