We have a vacancy for the role of Employee Relations Lead to be based in Gothenburg / Stockholm Sweden:

HR Manager
10+ years' experience . Create and execute the Labor law/employee relations strategy & plan
• Lead Union Negotiations for Sweden with Local clubs & conclude them successfully
• Support & guide managers in preparing for Union negotiations and provide general coaching/support
• Drive the HCL agenda with Unions
• Anchor quarterly IK Meetings
• Timely updating HCL central team on new laws in discussion and helping HCL to be ready with updated policies and processes
• Lead/support various initiatives in the areas of creating HCL as an Employer of Choice in Sweden
• Work with Sweden HR team on various projects and initiatives
Role -
• Documenting the issue, resolution and maintaining the Knowledgebase for easy reference
• Creating and maintaining the knowledgebase about the issues that they are handling.
• Metrics and reporting : for easy reporting to Leadership
• Should be able to work in an on-site/off-shore model - ensuring seamless communication with the offshore team to achieve service Levels
• Able to work well with little direction and in a team atmosphere
• Ability to triage effectively under pressure
