Your mission
In this role, you take the lead in enhancing our employee experience journey to drive cross-functional collaboration supporting business needs. You work closely with stakeholders in our business units and newly acquired companies within SMF, supporting relevant people strategic inititaives and driving best practice implementation based on trends and data insights from the industry.
Your main responsibilities include:
Strengthening our learning offer and building a collaborative culture within SMF, with a strong focus on personal development, leadership capabilities and upskilling in line with future business needs.
Planning initiatives and campaigns to secure future talent and competencies, creating visibility around career paths, and providing managers with effective techniques for attracting, retaining, and developing the workforce - in close connection with our performance management and talent management process.
Collaborating with HR, leaders and the wider organization through employee resource groups to integrate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles and initiatives - fostering an inclusive culture and diverse workforce.
Keeping up with market trends and best practices in the areas of employee experience, learning, and talent management is important, and you influence and share your knowledge and insights with stakeholders all over our organization.
Driving prioritized common projects and key initiatives to attract and retain talent globally for our units.
You take part in relevant forums of expertise, both on business area and group level and support in establishing employee resource groups as needed.

You report to, and act in close collaboration with the Vice President & Head of Human Resources at SMF, and you're a valued member of the SMF HR Management team. The location for this role is flexible within Europe and India. Since we're a global business, travel is a natural part of your job, as well as efficient digital collaboration across time zones.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with relevant experience of working as an HR expert and with in-depth knowledge of learning and competence development, talent management or another relevant field - preferably within the software industry. You've been working both strategically and tactically in a global environment and you're thrilled by being part of a global team with professionals from different cultures and time zones. You're used to navigating in a decentralized organization with cross-functional collaborations and close contact with managers and HR. You're communicative and comfortable in presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. We expect an interest in new digital solutions and good knowledge of Office 365, while experience of using Workday is advantageous. As we act in a global setting, you must be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
