We are seeking an Employee Communications Strategist to engage Ericsson's essential sales community, ensuring sales leaders have the information they need to engage with customers.
The role will report to the Head of Business Performance Communications and partner closely with the Group Sales organization and global business areas to develop communications strategies and plans to engage the sales community.
What you will do
Define and implement a framework for sales communications across the company
Collaborate with business and market areas to ensure a unified approach to sales communications
Develop and produce audience-focused communications plans, presentations, scripts and other assets for videos, webcasts and live meetings
Coach leaders on communications strategies
Manage customer communications during issues and crises
You will bring
Excellent writing and editing skills
A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or related field
10+ years of communications experience with a focus on employee communications
Experience with communications service providers in a marketing or mar-comm capacity
Passion for communications and employee engagement
Ability to work in a matrix organization with different stakeholders and a broad variety of responsibilities across global time zones
Ability to design communication solutions in support of business needs and strategy
Demonstrated ability to think independently, strategically and effectively

Location for this role: Preferably Stockholm, Sweden. We're open discuss other potential locations within Europe. It's required to live in an urban area where Ericsson has an office.
