Sales and Partner Manager - Thermal Management
Emerson Network Power Systems, Market Unit Nordic, is looking for a Sales Manager in the
Thermal Management sector. The role is for the Nordic region and the position is located in
Stockholm but requires extensive travelling in Sweden and the Nordic countries.
Job description
As a Sales and Partner Manager you are responsible to:
Develop and grow our Thermal Management business in Nordics in line with company expectations
Manage and drive existing partners for Thermal Management portfolio in Nordics, including market plans, pipelines, customer visits, forecasting, marketing support, training on new products, managing prices/offers/escalations, business reporting, renewal and cancellation of contracts
Develop new partners for Thermal Management portfolio in Nordics
Develop strong market knowledge across relevant market verticals and applications to define and execute the sales and go-to-market approach
Create pull-effect through activities towards Consultants and End users
Pursue and execute sales opportunities in cooperation with international and global account teams and other parts of organization as required
Actively search and develop strong cooperation with central functions within ENPS to facilitate most efficient approach towards the market
Sales budget responsibility including reporting as per Emerson's requirements and processes. Comply with Emerson's ITC and ethical requirements
Qualifications
We believe you have a degree in mechanical engineering or similar. You probably have more than 5 year experience of Thermal Management Sales and/or Engineering. You are also experienced in Partner Management, preferably in international environment. Experience and understanding of the industries in which the ENPS portfolio, specifically Thermal Management, is sold and deployed, including as a minimum the Datacenter and Computer room infrastructure market is also good. It is important that you are strong in the area of creating relations and networking and achieve results and customers' expectations. As a person you are driven, self-going and adaptable. As you are working with customers across Sweden and the rest of the Northern countries, the position will require travel. The role requires that you speak and write English and Swedish fluently, additional Nordic languages are a plus. Swedish driving license is required.
