The Life Sciences Service EMEA/USCAN Services Customer Solutions Leader is responsible for driving world-class fulfilment of service spare parts transactions to enable high levels of customer (internal + external) satisfaction. Through strong collaboration with global supply chain, manufacturing sites, OEM/Suppliers, Global Services and Genpact, the role will support revenue & productivity generating support and optimize/simplify existing operations via Lean Six Sigma/IT/process improvements.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Support efforts to map out current state/wing2wing process and apply lean/six sigma methodologies to drive continual improvements to cycle times, IT/Oracle/ServiceMax setup (enhancements + interfaces), process-driven changes and warehouse-specific needs for range of all global parts transactions: order, ship/delivery, returns, transfers, etc
• Monitor parts and inventory key performance indicators (KPI) & associated metrics to position same-day-shipping as standard way-of-working keeping "same-day-shipping" at forefront
• Drive strong working relationship with cross-functional teams (GSC, manufacturing sites, IT, Service Max, Genpact, Global Service, Custom Parts) to enable state of the art delivery
• Develop effective operating mechanisms and visibility to day-to-day parts performance to drive proactive resolutions for both internal and external customer orders.
• Ensure regular communication to key stakeholders and end users (Service Managers/Field Engineers)
• Actively participate in global/regional meetings and annual processes as appropriate
• Support inventory optimization initiatives across LS Global Services business.
• Create SOP's around spare parts management and lead training efforts with stakeholders (GSC, manufacturing sites, IT, Service Max, Genpact, Global Service, Custom Parts)
• Lead projects which will improve delivery of spare parts and work on cross functional teams.
• Manage parts orders in Oracle and ensure that orders are set-up to get fastest delivery method to end user.
• Work with GSC and ensure proper stocking levels, parts forecasts, and item level set-ups are in place.Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l and/or local Law is broken
• Insure timely dispatch/ticket closure with problem-action-test (PAT) debrief focus
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study with strong experience in an operations, field service or similar role.
• Proven communications skills and able to work in a cross functional team environment.
• Strong business acumen, including a strong supply chain planning and Oracle experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and customers at all levels
• Based in Upsala, Sweden & willingness/ability to travel (25%)
• Must be legally authorized to work in Sweden and be willing to submit to a drug test and background check

Desired Characteristics:
• Demonstrated GEHC Life Sciences/Services knowledge, or prior GE experience highly preferred
• Knowledge/experience with existing Life Sciences platforms (Oracle-Harmony, eHUB, Service Centre, Asset Plus, Salesforce.com/Service Max) and service-related dashboards (Qlikview, DVMT, Crystal)
• Global mindset and experience
• Advanced experience working with Oracle-Harmony
• Strong communication skills and can work with cross functional teams.
• Lead meetings and be able to effectively communicate the needs of the business.
