Schneider Electric is seeking to recruit an EMEA Market Services Assistant and Training administrator. This position is temporary to start in December 2012 until beginning of January 2014, to cover maternity leave. You will be based in Malmö but you will be working towards EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa).
You will be a part of the EMEA Market Services (EMS) team and our mission is to support, develop and coach the countries in marketing, business development, market management and training. EMS acts as the link between our corporate entities and the countries ensuring an effective roll-out of initiatives and lead pan-EMEA projects. 

Your main duties will be to organize and plan everything practical about our training. It includes among other things notifications, communication with participants and invitations. Another part of this role is to function as an assistant with duties such as making hotel reservation, organizing big meetings and preparing lunches.

Requirements
We believe that you have a couple years' experience of working as training administrative, assistant, coordinator of some kind or similar position. You also have experience within Learning Management System (LMS). Experience of working within an international environment would be an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish are mandatory. You need to have good knowledge of using a computers and apps such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good administration and communication skills are a must for this role and you will need a flexible attitude and dedication.
To be successful, you need to have excellent structured and organized skills with the ability to work on your own initiative when required. The atmosphere in this position is very dynamic and requires someone that is able to shift with the needs of the business while maintaining good communication and relationships.
