hela Sverige Now we need a Tech Lead in Lund to further develop our Embedded Solutions offer regarding building competence and participate with technical skills at sales.
You will be given the opportunity to build our Embedded Solution offer together with colleagues for our customers ranging from small startups to the global companies. We will be proud to call you an expert within our Embedded solutions based upon human behavior.
The challenge
Our challenge in Sweden is to advice and support our customers with new technology within automotive, defense, industry, Life Science etc. in an ever changing world. Important paradigms such as Connectivity, Electrification, Automatisation, AI etc. puts new demands on our customer's products.
Semcon has an offer, Embedded Solutions, which includes experience from developing a whole product with GUI, HW, SW, Sensors, Actuator's, Power, Mechanics etc. The Solutions is often on the technical edge. Our consultants have competence to develop such solutions. We also have other competences to develop connectivity, cloud, web, apps, PC applications etc.
What you'll do
• Having fun!
• Identify business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
• Lead projects within embedded systems
• Working with agile and lean development methodologies
• Following up progress and budget
• Continuously work to optimize our ways of working
We strongly believe that diversity of background, experience and perspectives is important to create excellent user experiences and to make Semcon a great place to work.
Who we think that you are
• 5+ years of experience from embedded software development
• MSc from an university
• You have strong skills in C / C++
• You know how to work with troubleshooting and debuggers for Embedded systems
• You are comfortable using microcontrollers and embedded processor platforms
• You both speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Have a driver license
