WHO ARE WE?
At Vehicle Engineering we constantly need to optimize how we run our development work. Our team VE Way of Working consists of 12 highly engaged people that support Vehicle Engineering to improve how new technology is developed for our customers. Our team is now looking for a new team member to work with improved ways of working within Embedded Systems and to be part of the agile journey.
WHAT CHALLENGE DO WE OFFER?
You will be supporting Vehicle Engineering with continuous improvement within Embedded Systems development work. This will give you the opportunity to create a global network with cross-functional stakeholders, where you will be on constant look out for areas of improvement within your given field. You will be our representative out in the organization and your work is important. We try to have a pragmatic approach and holistic view when changing our ways of working, so if this is your approach, you 'll fit right in.

As a person, you always try to figure out the root cause of problems or needs in order to convert that into solution that fits all parties involved. You will be in a global and diverse environment, where your networking and communication skills will come right at hand. You have worked with product development in the Embedded Systems area and know how to reach out to stakeholders in different part of the organization. It's great if you know how we work in Volvo GTT and at Vehicle Engineering. Other requirements for the position are:
Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience
Embedded Systems product development +5 years
Working agile
Process development is a merit
Change management is a merit
